About these terms

Who can hire

You need a full category B driving licence and your own valid insurance covering you to drive the van. If your insurance covers you, we set no minimum age of our own; your insurer’s conditions apply. [Accepted licences and endorsements.]

Booking, deposit and payment

[How bookings are confirmed, deposit amount and when it is taken.] Your deposit is refunded straight away when the van is returned in the same condition.

Collection and return

Vans are collected from and returned to 20 Leagrave Road, Luton, which is open 24 hours. We can deliver and collect for a charge based on distance, and you can return the van to another address for a collection charge. [Late return charges.]

Insurance

You must provide your own insurance for the hire. Additional drivers covered by your insurance are not charged. [Whether we can arrange cover, client to confirm.]

Mileage, fuel and cleaning

Each hire includes 100 miles a day. [Charge per additional mile.] Return the van with the same fuel level it left with. [Cleaning charges.]

Use of the van

Damage, fines and tolls

You are responsible for the full cost of any damage during the hire, including the loss of use while the van is off the road for repair. We record the van’s condition with you at collection and return. You are responsible for any fines, tolls and congestion or clean air zone charges during the hire.

Extras and graphics

Straps and removal blankets are available at an extra cost. Vehicle graphics for promotions and events are available by arrangement. [Graphics terms, client to confirm.]
